Terror suspect cannot be extradited from Ireland

The trial of a terror suspect has been delayed because he cannot be extradited from Ireland. Mark Nolan, 37, faces eight offences of possessing documents of useful information to terrorism between 10 October 2018 and 25 February 2020. Prosecutor Naomi Parsons said: ‘His trial was fixed for July 2021 but in the weeks preceding his trial it came to his solicitors’ attention that he was no longer in contact and it subsequently transpired that he had gone over to Ireland.’…
