Terror suspect spared jail over coronavirus fears
A terror suspect who became the first person to be convicted of breaching a Temporary Exclusion Order was spared jail because of fears he could catch coronavirus if locked up. Known only as QQ, the 41-year-old breached section nine of the Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015 when he chose not to attend a police station in Leicester.
