Terrorist breached order by meeting Syrian in Cafe Nero

A convicted terrorist who breached strict controls on his behaviour to meet a Syrian in Cafe Nero is facing jail. The man, who can be referred to only as TPD, was jailed in 2018 for six years after buying a hunting knife in preparation to commit a robbery to fund terrorism.
