Terrorist had been cleared of Buck House attack

An Uber driver cleared of waving a sword at police outside Buckingham Palace planned a terror attack on tourists in London, a court heard. Mohiussunnath Chowdhury, 28, allegedly targeted Madam Tussauds, the Gay Pride Parade and a double decker tourist bus between January and July last year.
