Terrorist tried to burn down leisure centres

A terrorist who plotted to attack soldiers at Windsor Castle has admitted planning to burn down leisure centres too. Ilyas Akhtar, 21, from Slough, Berkshire, set improvised incendiary devices at Slough Ice Arena on May 14 and Salt Hill Activity Centre on May 31 last year.
