A sci-fi fan tore the wig off transgender security guard after she caught him stealing Star Wars figurines, a court heard. John Nicholson, 61, attempted to steal two sets of space toys from Forbidden Planet on Shaftesbury Avenue when he was stopped by security guard Leigh Achin.
