Thief spared jail over boutique hotel burglary

A serial thief who targeted a boutique hotel in London’s museum district and then tried to blame his identical twin brother was spared jail today (MON). Randeep Singh Kooner, 32, and an unknown accomplice were caught on CCTV stealing folders full of customer information from the reception desk at the Hotel Moonlight in Kensington.
