Threat councillor is let off
A former Tory council election candidate who repeatedly threatened staff at a right wing think tank has been spared jail. Gulfram Khan, 52, moaned that staff at the Henry Jackson Society were always going to the pub and accused associate director Douglas Murray of being an alcoholic.
