Thug who sparked fatal brawl walks free

A thug who started a party brawl which led to the death of an aspiring RAF pilot was spared jail today (mon). Ramani Boreland, 21, struck Steve Narvaez-Jara, 20, repeatedly with a wooden plank at the New Year’s Eve rave in Old Street, Islington, north London, in 2018.
