Trial for accused park stabber

A murder suspect accused of stabbing a man to death after a row in a park will stand trial next March. Tarelle Bishop, 23, was allegedly one of three men seen attacking 30 year-old Jude Gayle in West Norwood, south London. Mr Gayle, who lived in nearby Dunelm Grove, suffered several stab wounds during the incident at around 5.39pm on 24 September. He was pronounced dead at the scene in Dunbar Street.
