Tube pervert took up-skirt photos for two years

A Tube passenger who took ‘up-skirt’ photos of women for nearly two years was caught with more than 300 extreme pornographic images and videos, a court heard. Wui Tung Colin Chan, 21, sneakily held his mobile phone beneath his unsuspecting victims’ clothing at Victoria Underground Station between May 2018 and March 2020.
