Tycoon accused of steroids scam
A Danish pharmaceutical tycoon appeared at the Old Bailey today (tues) accused of being part of a multi-million-pound international steroid smuggling ring. Jacob Sporon-Fiedler, 36, founder of healthcare firm Alpha Pharma and based in Mumbai, India, is charged with conspiring to import the drugs, popular in the illegal body-building scene, between March 2009 and April 2015.
