‘Unlucky customers hired swindling sweeps’

Two chimney sweeps appeared in court today (weds) accused of planting dead pigeons in people’s homes then ‘grossly’ overcharging them. Martin Price, 59, and son Luke Price, 33, told customers they had to fit chimney cowls to stop birds nesting and charged them sky-high fees, it is claimed.
