‘Upskirter’ is former Olympic rower

An Italian Olympic rower took pictures up a woman’s skirt at Waterloo train station, a court heard. Roberto Blanda, 48, appeared at Westminster Magistrates Court today accused of shots of an unknown victim of his mobile phone on July 19 last year.
