Shooting victim spent six years in a vegetative state before he died

An alleged killer took part in the shooting of a teenager who was left in a vegetative state for six years before his death, a court heard. Denzican Karadag, 29, and Jayson Diur-Kota, 30, allegedly gunned down 18-year-old Joel Bempah-Cumberbatch in Denmark Road, Haringey, on 30 August 2016 and fled on bicycles.
