Woman ‘killed brother after mental health crisis’

A woman accused of stabbing her brother to death following a ‘mental health crisis’ appeared at the Old Bailey today (mon). Heaven Belal, 40, is charged with murdering Omar Bilal, 46, at an address in Enfield, North London, last week. Police forced entry to the address on Stanley Road at around 4pm on 27 July and found the body of Mr Belal.
