  An X-factor reject who took part in the ‘Bank of Terror’ scam was today (weds) told to sell his iPhone to pay off a confiscation order. Nathan Fagan-Gayle, 30, made £20,303.16 in the scam but was ordered to pay back realisable assets of just £650 or face an extra week imprisonment on top of his 20 month sentence.
