A Muslim convert has blamed his autism for plotting terror attacks on Oxford Street and Madame Tussaud’s. Lewis Ludlow, 26, wrote out plans to kill upwards of 100 people at popular tourist attractions. He wanted to rent out a van to carry out the attack and conducted reconnaissance of targets between 11 March and 19 April this year.
