Drug dealer ‘shot rival dead in tit-for-tat feud’

  A drug dealer shot a rival dead in the head in a ‘determined execution’ outside a Caribbean cafe, a court heard. Omar Hutson, 30, allegedly blasted Salim Coulter, 24, as the victim climbed into the passenger side of a grey Renault in Fulham, southeast London.
