Mums accused of school gate attack

Two mums accused of assaulting a couple outside their children’s school appeared in court today (tues). Dekita John, 30, and Zara Joseph, 30, allegedly assaulted Natalie Pond and Charlie Pond outside Our Lady of Dolours Roman Catholic Primary School on Cirencester Street, Maida Hill. Louise Thomas, prosecuting, said: ‘This offence occurred at a school where both defendant’s children go to school.’ On its website, the school says it offers a ‘very happy, friendly, inviting atmosphere’.
