Murder suspect walks free

A murder suspect has been cleared of stabbing a father-of-two to death on a busy high street after the prosecution offered no evidence. Jonathan McPhillips, 28, died after he was knifed in the chest in Upper Street, Islington, in the early hours of 25 February last year.
