NHS boss was seven times over the limit

An NHS manager who was so drunk that she keeled over backwards when she got out of her car has been struck off. Occupational therapist Beth McDowall, 44, was found to be nearly seven times over the legal limit after she went on a drinking binge on September 29, 2017. McDowall, employed by NHS Tayside, was pulled over by police after members of the public spotted her driving erratically on her way home from work at the Perth Royal Infirmary….
