A man accused of robbing a High Court judge was cleared by a jury after he offered no defence and refused to leave his prison cell for the trial. Terry Brown, 45, did not even enter pleas to claims he mugged Sir Robin Knowles QC, 57, in a dark narrow alleyway on Middle Temple Lane in London’s legal district.
