Optician took snaps of colleague’s knickers


A Boots optician who kept a pair of his colleague’s underwear and photographed them was not sexually motivated, a professional hearing found. Rupesh Patel ‘humiliated’ the woman when he washed her knickers without permission and stretched them out to look ‘enormous’ before hanging it on the line ‘for all to see’.
