Pervert took up-skirt shots on a day out with his daughter

A married man who has spent years filming up women’s skirts has escaped jail after he took covert snaps during a trip to a culture festival with his daughter. Other festival goers noticed Richard Hamilton, 52, acting suspiciously at the London Korean Festival at the Olympia.
