An Isis fanatic wanted to bring carnage to the Houses of Parliament by blowing up a petrol tanker outside, a court heard. Naa’imur Rahman, 20, planned to detonate explosives at the security gates of number 10 and decapitate Teresa May, prosecutors claim.
