Postie terrorist who planned to bring carnage to Oxford Street gets 15 years

A postie who planned to murder 100 shoppers in a terrorist ‘ram’ attack outside the Disney Store on London’s Oxford Street has been jailed for at least 15 years. Lewis Ludlow, 27, researched van hire and conducted reconnaissance at tourist hotspots in including Madame Tussauds and St Paul’s Cathedral. Ludlow, who referred to himself as ‘The Eagle’ or ‘The Ghost’ told a contact in the Philippines about the plot and sent him an handwritten oath of allegiance to Islamic State….
