A karaoke singer blasted the ‘frivolous’ case against him when he appeared in court accused of harassing a DJ who would not let him sing his favourite number. David Marks, 50, began his campaign against David Mooney after he told him to wait his turn at the now closed William IV in Beckenham, south London, in August 2010, it is alleged. He is charged with breaching a restraining order taken out against him by Mr Mooney, who runs DnA Karaoke….
