A mother of three who was awarded the £1.3m family home and a Turkish villa in a divorce battle falsely claimed £40,000 in benefits, a court heard. Ellen De Bruin, 55, allegedly failed to disclose ownership of the holiday property to the Department of Work and Pensions in November 2011.
