Accused body burner in court

A woman accused of setting a man’s body on fire after murdering him in her flat has been remanded in custody. Caroline Mothersill, 37, is accused of killing David Aboagye, 56, then pouring white spirit over the body to set it alight in Gilbert Street, Stratford, east London, between 22 and 25 August. Mr Aboagye was reported missing by his girlfriend on 22 August, the court heard. Examination of his body suggests he died before the fire, on August 22….
