A Stoke Newington schoolboy terrorised two other young
sters into having sex together on a Halloween night that became a
true horror story, the Old Bailey heard.

The 14-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons,
first of all stuffed paper down the two trick or treaters’ jack
ets and set it alight, the court heard.

Then after forcing the 13 and 15-year-old to perform
sickening acts together, he spat in the mouth of one and forced
him to strip.

The sobbing boy was later found naked in the street.

The court heard the incident began when the defendant
approached the two boys and their three friends, all from Stoke
Newington, near Stoke Newington Road.

‘He stuffed newspaper down the necks of the two victims
and set fire to it,’ said prosecutor Miss Joanna Glynn.

‘He told all five boys to sit on a wall and subjected the
two victims to a spelling test.

‘Each time they got a word wrong he hit them,’ said coun
sel.

The 15-year old boy was punched so hard he fell over the
wall into a garden, the jury was told.

When both boys started weeping their alleged attacker
threatened to kill them if they did not shut up.

All five were then directed to an alleyway where the boy
forced the two boys to indulge in two repulsive sex acts on each
other at the point of a broken bottle, said Miss Glynn.

‘The group were directed to laugh at what was going on

with the defendant.

‘
The boy then told the the pair to simulate sexual inter
course and when one did not do as he was told the defendant
stamped on his back, alleged counsel.

The younger victim managed to escaped when the defendant
frogmarched all five to a park nearby, said Miss Glynn.

But then the 15-year-old and a boy aged 17 were forced to
their knees and made to bark like dogs, the court heard.

‘The younger boy was made to open his mouth and the defend
ant spat into it.

He also urinated on to the boy’s head,’ counsel
continued.

He then gave the victim the choice of either having a
fight with him or having his clothes removed.

‘The boy decided to have his clothes removed.

He was later
found naked in the street,’ said Miss Glynn.

‘You may think that this was a terrible experience for
these young men.

‘The fact that the five boys were overpowered by the de
fendant is a measure of the fear they had for him.

‘
The schoolboy denies two charges of inciting indecent
assault, two of inciting gross indecency, and false imprisonment.
