A pretty teenager was simultaneously raped and sex
A pretty teenager was simultaneously raped and sexually
assaulted by two men who picked her up in the street, the Old
Bailey heard.
Darron (correct) Williamson and Clinton Connell, both 21,
plied the 17-year-old with drink until she was comatose before
subjecting her to the ordeal, the jury was told.
Both attacked the girl at the same time in Connell’s
grandmother’s house as the old lady sat downstairs, said
prosecutor Miss Johanna (correct) Cutts.
They took turns to rape and force a humiliating
sex act on her, counsel alleged.
The girl was also kicked in the head and when she was
examined by a doctor a cigarette burn was found on her private
parts, said counsel.
The court heard the girl was waiting to meet
a friend outside a barber’s shop in Harrow Road, Kensal
Green, when she met the pair for the first time.
They started talking to her and told her the friend
had been there earlier but left.
The conversation was ‘friendly’ and the girl agreed to
go to see Williamson’s grandmother in nearby Purves Road.
At the house Williamson spoke to the old lady while
Connell went with the girl to the bedroom.
When Williamson came back the pair gave the girl lager
to drink and began to pay her compliments which made her feel
‘uncomfortable.
‘
‘She felt they were trying to get her drunk.
She did
drink a large amount of lager and her head began to spin,’
said Miss Cutts.
Suddenly the ‘atmosphere changed’ and Williamson allegedly
pushed her on to the bed, said counsel.
When she screamed at him and told him to get off and
Williamson was said to have told her: ‘Don’t swear, this is a
Christian house.
‘
‘At some stage she blacked out.
When she came round she
found herself on her back on the floor, with Connell on top of
her,’ Miss Cutts continued.
Counsel said the girl had her pants around her ankles
and Connell had his boxer shorts down.
Williamson then came out from the adjoining bathroom
and kicked her in the side of the head, it was claimed.
The girl sobbed: ‘You shouldn’t treat me like a tart,
I’ll report you to the police,’ the court was told.
Connell told her he ‘would do something bad to her’ if
she did tell the police and with that the girl was pushed on to
the bed, said Miss Cutts.
The pair then simultaneously raped and assaulted her in
turn, it was alleged.
When they had finished the girl was in too much pain
to get off the bed.
Eventually they walked her to a mini cab office and she
took a taxi to her Kentish Town home where the police were called.
A doctor’s examination found ‘an injury which appeared
to be consistent with a cigarette burn’ on or near the girl’s
genitals and a similar mark on her elbow.
A DNA fingerprinting test found that Connell had been
in sexual contact with the girl.
Counsel told the jury the pair were unlikely to
dispute they had been with the girl and the issue would be one of
consent.
Connell of Burns Road, Harlesden, denies rape and indecent
assault on February 11 this year.
Williamson of the Stonebridge Park Estate, Harlesden, denies
the same charges and also pleads not guilty to assault causing actual
bodily harm.
The trial continues.
