A tearful teenager relived to a jury the painful ordeal of being raped doggy-style at a Christmas Eve party after she overdid the festive booze.

The 17-year-old told how she lost her virginity at a Christmas ‘girl’s night out’ when she was taken from behind by Donovan Heron.

Heron, also 17, had played the perfect gentleman when he volunteered to help the girl to bed when she complained of feeling sick.

But minutes later the she rushed from the room screaming: ‘He took my virginity.

I didn’t want him to.

Shocked party goers heard the tearful girl add: ‘He just took it – it hurts so badly.

‘

The girl had been invited to the Christmas Eve do by a school friend, and was expecting a girls night out.

But Heron turned up with a workmate and danced with girl in the kitchen.

He was also seen stroking her hair as she knocked back the booze, taking an ‘unhealthy interest in her,’ the Old Bailey jury was told.

The girl, who comes from a ‘strict and proper’ family was not used to drink.

‘She became drunk, intoxicated and was unwell, needing the assistance of several of her friends at the party,’ said prosecutor Mr William Wastie.

‘The defendant, under the guise of offering assistance to her because of her drunken condition, in fact took full advantage of her state and despite her protestations forced himself upon her, succeeding in penetrating her and taking her virginity from her.

Giving evidence the pretty dark-haired teenager told how she danced with Heron in the kitchen at the party in Brockley, southeast London.

But after drinking Thunderbird she said she felt sick and Heron offered to take her to bed.

‘He laid on top of me and kissed me,’ the girl said.

‘He kissed me on the mouth and put his tongue down my throat.

‘

‘I asked him to stop.

I said: ‘I don’t want to kiss you.

Get off me.

‘

Heron’s reaction was to try and pull the girl’s green lycra trousers down, as she was lying on her front, the court heard.

‘I kept on telling him to get off me and that I didn’t want it,’ the girl told the court.

‘He pulled his own trousers down and unzipped them.

I felt something hard go between my legs, in my vagina.

‘ Heron then tried to penetrate her vagina ‘four or five times,’ she said.

But Heron’s attempt was unsuccessful at this point.

‘I tried to push him off but I had no strength.

‘

Then Heron repositioned the girl with her legs apart on the other end of the bed.

Now, with her knees on the floor he tried again, the jury heard.

‘I was crouching down on the floor.

I tried to pull my legs back but I couldn’t.

‘

‘He then put his hands under my stomach and raped me.

Heron let go for a moment.

Then a few seconds later he got me in that position again and put his penis inside me.

‘My head and hands were on the bed but my knees were on the floor.

‘I felt something hard and warm inside me.

The pain was horrendous.

Excruciating.

He kept on pushing it in and out.

She then pleaded to Heron: ‘Can you take it out because it’s really hurting me so bad.

‘ Heron agreed and put the girl’s knickers and trousers back on her.

The teenager initially did not have the strenth to speak after the attack.

later told a friend Heron had raped her and police were called.

After his arrest Heron told how the girl consented to the festive romp.

Heron claimed after things got physical between them ‘his penis began bleeding, something that had happened before, and that accounted for blood found on the bed,’ said Mr Wastie.

‘He thought he had full sexual intercourse but he could not be sure if he penetrated her.

‘He thought that there were no protestations by her.

‘

Heron added: ‘She was loving it, she was having it.
