A childminder accused of murdering a baby will now enter her plea at the Old Bailey on January 26 next year.
Linda Bayfield, 53, was remanded on conditional bail until her trial on a date yet to be fixed.
Her son James Bayfield has put up a pnds stlg 30,000 surety.
Linda Bayfield is accused of shaking eight month-old baby Joshua Osborne to death while looking after him and his five year-old sister Catrina at their home in Sissinghurst Road, Croydon.
A post mortem found he had suffered brain and eye haemorrhages.
