A House of Lords visitor who caused almost £1,000 of damage to a ceremonial pendant during a debate chaired by the Archbishop of Canterbury will be sent to a secure hospital. Benjamin Fordham, 24, launched a tirade of abuse at security officers when he was told he could not bring his phone into the public gallery.
