‘Smurfs’ had £323k lying around the flat

Two money launderers were caught with £323,700 in wads of notes lying around their flat, a court heard. Rana Hussein, 60, and Waseem Manzoor, 34, were known as ‘smurfs’ – cash rinsers who put small amounts of money through a network of bank accounts.
