A Santander manager is facing jail for defrauding ‘elderly and vulnerable customers’ out of £179,900. Charlotte Mills, 33, admitted pilfering tens of thousands of pounds while employed as a customer service manager by the bank between 20 June 2015 and 1 December 2019.
