Rape victim blamed herself for sex attack

A sex attacker who left his teenager victim blaming herself for the rape attack has been jailed for more than 12 years. Andrzej Wojtasik, 57,attacked the victim in 2004 when she was 14 but she was only able to report what happened to police in December 2017.
