Company boss accused of fraud

An investment company director accused of opening another company under a fake name after being banned from running companies appeared in court today charged with fraud. Clint Canning, 43, and his partner Eleise Wallace, 35, are said to have operated a fraudulent trading company called Base2Trade offering investment opportunities to members of the public online.
