Restuarant diner ‘gave head waiter homophobic abuse’

A diner faces a trial for using homophobic against the head waiter of a high-class Chelsea restaurant. Peter Church, 64, denied using abusive language against Daniele Bilardo on 21 June last year in Colbert, a French restaurant in Sloane Square, Chelsea.
