Jail for the ‘sex for rent’ landlord

A perverted landlord who sexually exploited his tenants as part of a ‘sex-for-rent’ agreement has received a year in jail today (Tues). Christopher Cox, 53, offered otherwise homeless women free rent provided that they agreed to perform sexual favours involving bondage, spanking and submission. Cox also enforced a bikini policy around the house in which his ‘renters’ had to wear scant clothing and sleep in his bed every night.
