Thug who assaulted Gulf War veteran will be free in months

A career criminal who brutally assaulted a disabled Gulf War veteran six days before the man was found dead will be free in months. Stephen Wallis, 50, was found dead at his flat in Barclay Close, Fulham, south west London, on 15 February 2022. Police forced their way into his flat after concerns were raised for Wallis’ welfare.
