A photography student at a top London college was forced to give one of her teachers a blow-job in a dark-room, a court heard today (WEDS).

The 22-year-old was developing pictures when Dejan Martinovic sneaked up on her three times and attacked her, the jury was told.

He shoved his hand down her knickers and fingered her, rubbed his body against hers, and bit her mouth so hard that her lip split, it is claimed.

Then technical assistant Martinovic, 40, grabbed her by the hair, pulled out his penis, and forced her to suck it, Blackfriars Crown Court in central London heard.

After the girl managed to wriggle free, telling him she had to be somewhere, Martinovic pulled his trousers up and said: ‘If you’re in a hurry, I can cut your negatives for you.

‘

Prosecutor Ian Wheatly said the three incidents happened on the same day last year, while the B-Tec photography student was working in a dark-room at Westminster College.

On the first occasion, Martinovic grabbed the woman by the hair and kissed her, forcing his tongue down her throat and biting her lower lip.

Forty minutes later, he allegedly pounced again.

Mr Wheatly said: ‘He again grabbed her roughly and kissed her.

‘Then he forced his hand down inside the front of her trousers and into her vagina very roughly.

He put two fingers into her vagina, and she felt that happen.

‘At that point, she froze and was unable to do anything except ask him to stop.

‘

Later that day, Martinovic again entered the dark-room, shut the door behind him, and kissed and fingered her, the jury heard.

Mr Wheatly told the court: ‘He pulled her to his side, close to him, so their bodies were touching each other.

‘He took down his trousers and exposed his penis.

It was erect.

He grabbed her by the head and pulled her down towards him using his other hand.

‘He got her mouth onto his penis and pushed her head down onto it.

She then pulled away after a couple of seconds, and said ”I’ve got to go”.

She was in shock, and couldn’t believe this had happened to her.

‘

The student reported the allegations to senior staff at the college, and Martinovic was suspended.

He was later arrested by police, but denied that the three incidents had happened.

Mr Wheatly added: ‘She was a student at the college, and the defendant was a technical assistant, and therefore in a position of being a teacher.

‘Their relationship should have been an entirely professional one.

‘

Martinovic, of Lonsdale Road, Notting Hill, central London, denies three indecent assaults on October 4 last year.

The trial continues.
