Accused terrorist had ‘Uncle Fester’ bomb making manual

A terror suspect appeared in court  accused of possessing a guide to makeshift bomb-making called ‘Uncle Fester’s Home Workshop Explosives.’ Charles Cannon, 20, is also accused of possessing six other documents that could help terrorists.
