A crooked city accountant conned a US businessman and philanthropist out of nearly £8 million by falsifying balance sheets and writing fraudulent cheques, a court heard today (Tues). Edward Tully, 61, is accused of ripping off multi-millionaire Allen Skolnick between 2007 and 2011 while managing his affairs in London.
