Accused benefits swindler Nneka Odokwu does not have to attend court because it ‘would be detrimental to her health’

A benefits fraudster pocketed over £200,000 worth of care payments meant for her ailing including money paid after he died, a court heard. Nneka Odokwu, 48, siphoned off care payments meant for her father Gilbert Odokwu from 20 October 2017 to 11 November 2021, it is claimed.
