Accused fraudster ‘revved up’ workers with motivational speeches

An Irish tycoon accused of masterminding a £3.5m boiler room scam delivered motivation speeches every morning to ‘rev up’ his workers, a court heard. Dylan Creaven, 44, allegedly set up two fraudulent companies and financed the setting up of plush ‘boiler room’ office suites in Buchanan House, St James’s Square.
