Accused knifeman to face trial next week

An alleged knifeman accused of stabbing a mother as she pushed a baby’s pram will stand trial next week. Mark Brazant, 43, allegedly ambushed Josephine Conlon, 36, from behind and slashed her three times across her face narrowly missing the jugular vein last December.
