Accused of assaulting six girls

An alleged sex attacker appeared in court charged with assaulting six young girls. Obetan Ovat, 45, is said to have carried out the assaults between 1 September 2022 and 22 July 2023 in south London. The alleged victims were aged between nine and 10. Ovat appeared at Inner London Crown Court but did not enter any pleas.
