Accused racist claims cops broke distancing rules

A man accused of attacking police officers outside a hospital claims they broke social distancing rules by coming within two metres of him. Nigel Francis, 53, allegedly hurled racist abuse at PC Minnerthy at University College Hospital after battering his colleagues PC Ryan and PC Nokes on Saturday (9).
